During high order volumes, sale periods, or for certain delivery locations, processing and delivery timelines may take slightly longer.

- Exchange/Return requests for domestic (India) orders must be raised within 2 working days of delivery.
- Items are eligible only if they are unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- A mandatory unboxing video is required for all return or damage claims.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale products. Return/shipping charges are to be borne by the customer i.e Rs. 200. The return package must be shipped to the address shared by our team.
- Exchanges are applicable only for size changes and not for different product styles.
