CANCEL ORDER POLICY

At Ceora™, we understand that sometimes plans change. To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, we offer a short cancellation window after your order is placed.

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed, for any reason.

After this 30-minute window, your order automatically moves into processing so we can prepare it for dispatch as quickly as possible. Once this stage begins, we are unable to cancel the order, and it will be shipped as scheduled.

Cancellation requests made after 30 minutes of placing the order cannot be accommodated
Once shipped, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation and will fall under our exchange or store credit policies (where applicable)
